De Volewijckers is a football club from Amsterdam, Netherlands. They are one of a number of Dutch clubs that were successful in post-war leagues before being forced to merge to cope with the popularity of the big teams such as Ajax and Feyenoord.
In 1972 the club merged with Blauw Wit and DWS to form FC Amsterdam. The club won the Dutch Eredivisie in 1944. De Volewijckers continued as an amateur club, which still exists today.
